        深圳大學2022年招聘教師公告

        深圳大學2022年公開招聘教師若干名。招聘分兩批進行,首批招聘報名截止至2021年12月5日,首批招聘未招滿的崗位將進行第二批招聘?,F將有關事項公告如下:

        Shenzhen University plans to recruit faculty members in2022.The first round of recruitment will be open until December5,2021, and the positions not yet filled will be open in the second round. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

        一、聘用崗位及待遇

        I.Positions and Benefits

        本年度招聘崗位及具體要求見《深圳大學2022年引進教師崗位計劃表》。

        Interested parties are invited to refer to theShenzhen UniversityFacultyRecruitment Plan 2022for current openings(see Attachment1, hereinafter referred to as the“Plan”).

        本年度招聘的教師崗位實行預聘-長聘管理制度,部分崗位實行全職授課教師管理制度,應聘者年齡原則上為35歲以下,學校急需引進或特別優秀的應聘者可適當放寬年齡要求。根據應聘者實際情況,特別優秀的可申請聘為副教授或教授。

        Teachers recruited this year will be subject to the tenure track, and some positions will be subject to the management system of full-time academic faculty.Applicants should be under35 years old. The age requirements will be appropriately relaxed for urgently-needed talents and applicants with particularly outstanding qualifications. Qualified candidates may be considered for appointment as Associate Professor or Full Professor.

        Remuneration for tenure-track faculty is as follows:

        預聘-長聘制教師薪酬待遇如下:

        1.實行年薪制,根據應聘者的經歷及業績,提供具有競爭力的薪酬和科研啟動專項經費;特別優秀的應聘者可納入學校人才項目培養,享受相應待遇,具體按學校相關政策執行。

        1.Successful candidates will enjoy a competitive annual salary and research start-up funds based on their experience and performance. Particularly excellent candidates can join the SZU talent program and enjoy corresponding remuneration according to the University’s policies.  

        2.受聘深圳大學“鵬城孔雀計劃”特聘崗位者,可享受相應的崗位獎勵。

        2.Successful candidatesof specially appointed positions in the“Pengcheng Peacock Project”of Shenzhen University will enjoy position-related benefits.  

        3.住房政策:可申請租住校內周轉房,租金優惠。符合條件者,可以享受深圳市人才房政策,具體以政府最終發布為準。

        3. Housing policy: Successful candidates can apply for renting University-owned apartments on campus with a preferential rent. Candidates who meet the requirements can enjoy Shenzhen’s talent housing policy according to the final announcement of the Shenzhen government.

        4.教育配套:深圳大學附屬教育集團下轄4所中學、4所小學和3所幼兒園,有效保障教職工子女就學。

        4. Education support: The SZU Affiliated Education Group has three kindergartens, four primary schools and four secondary schools,providinghigh-quality education services for the children of faculty and staff.

        5.醫療保?。合略O2所三甲綜合醫院:深圳大學總醫院和附屬華南醫院,為教職工提供優質醫療服務。

        5. Health care: SZU has two affiliated hospitals directly under the University: SZU General Hospital and SZUHuananHospital, both of which are First-Class Hospital at GradeIII, providing quality medical services for faculty and staff.

        6.員工關懷:學校提供體育專項經費,校內運動設施免費使用;年度健康體檢;就餐補貼。

        6.Other benefits: A special fund for sports is provided, and sports facilities on campus are free of charge.Faculty and staff will also enjoy the annual health checkup andmeal subsidies.

        二、應聘者條件及要求II. Qualifications and requirements  

        1.符合本公告及《計劃表》規定的資格條件。

        2.應聘者所學專業須與計劃表中崗位要求專業一致;所學專業須與職位規定的學歷層次相對應。

        3.年齡及工作經歷計算截止時間為2021年12月31日。

        4.在應聘者水平相當的情況下,本校博士后及專職研究人員優先考慮。

        1. Applicants should have the qualifications stipulated in this announcement and the Plan.

        2. Applicants should have an academic background in related disciplines as specified in the Plan and have obtained the level of education in the required major as stipulated in the Plan.

        3. Only the age and work experience up to the date ofDecember31,2021 will be considered for the application.

        4.Postdoctoral and full-time researchers from SZU are preferred if the candidate is of the same level.

        三、報名時間和方式

        1.報名時間:即日起至2021年12月5日。

        1.Applications are open tillDecember5, 2021.

        2.報名方式:登錄深圳大學人才招聘平臺(網址:http://zp.szu.edu.cn/,建議使用360極速瀏覽器或谷歌瀏覽器),使用郵箱注冊賬號,收到激活郵件并激活,登錄系統后在招聘崗位頁面可以查看所有開放的崗位詳細信息,選中自己擬聘的崗位,點擊“申請崗位”,然后完善自己的簡歷信息并提交。每位應聘者最多可以申請三個崗位。具體報名方式請參看《教職工招聘系統操作手冊(應聘者)》。

        2. Applicants should use thee-Recruitment system of Shenzhen University athttp://zp.szu.edu.cn/for application submission(it is recommended to use360 browser speed modeor Google browser). The steps are as follows:

        ?Create a user account with your email. You will receive a system-generated email after your registration. Click the activation link in the email to activate your account.

        ?Click “Apply” for the position that you wish to apply andcreate your profile.

        ?Click “Submit”tocomplete the application.

        Each applicant can apply for up to three positions. Applicants can refer toFaculty and Staff Recruitment System User Instruction Manual (Attachment2)for further information on the online application procedures.

        外籍人士報名可將個人簡歷、應聘崗位、聯系方式等信息發送至人力資源部郵箱:szuhr@szu.edu.cn。

        Foreign applicants can send their C.V., positions that they wish to apply, and contact information to the Human Resources Department atszuhr@szu.edu.cn.

        四、面試

        IV.Interview

        由各單位面試專家組綜合應聘者學歷背景、工作經歷、學術成果、發展潛力等因素,提出擬入圍面試名單。面試名單經學校人事工作教授委員會審核確定后,由各單位組織面試。面試將考察應聘者的思想政治、學術水平、科研能力、教學能力等綜合素質。具體面試方式、時間、地點等,由各單位另行通知,各單位聯系人信息可在招聘平臺上點擊崗位進行查看。

        The interview panel of each unit will comprehensively review the applicant’s academic background, work experience, academic achievements and development potential to shortlist candidates for interview. After the shortlisted candidate list is reviewed and approved by the SZU faculty personnel committee, each unit will organize the interview. The interview will examine candidates’overall qualities including academic level, research ability and teaching ability.Each unit will notify the candidates of their interview date/time/location.Candidates can view contact information for each unit in the e-Recruitment system.  

        面試時須同時提交如下資料:

        Applicants should submit the following documents for review at the interview:

        (1)個人簡歷;

        (2)身份證(復印件,驗原件);

        (3)學歷、學位證書(復印件,驗原件;國內應屆畢業生如尚未取得畢業證的請提供推薦表、成績單原件及低一級學歷、學位證書原件;海外留學回國人員需提供國家教育部認證,如未取得認證的請提供成績單及就讀院校開具的在讀及畢業時間等證明材料);

        (4)個人近五年在教學科研方面的業績材料(包括但不限于項目、專利、文章、著作、作品、獲獎、技術轉移及成果轉化情況等);

        (5)有職稱的需提供專業技術資格證書;

        (6)證明應聘人符合與崗位有關其他條件的材料;

        (7)其他獲獎、任職經歷等證明材料(自愿提供)。

        (1) C.V.

        (2) ID card (original copy for verification and one copy for submission).

        (3) Academic and degree certificates (original copy for verification and one copy for submission. Domestic graduates who have not yet obtained the diploma should provide the recommendation form, the original transcript and the original copy of the academic and degree certificates of the last obtained degree. Applicants from the overseas should provide certificates certified by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. Applicants who have not yet obtained the certification should provide documents including the transcript, a certificate specifying his/her academic status and graduation time issued by the applicant’s institutions).

        (4) Proof of performance materials in teaching and research in the past five years (including but not limited to programs, patents, articles, works, awards, technology transfer and transformation of technological achievements).

        (5) Professional and technical qualification certificates if any;

        (6) Other supporting documents to the position.

        (7) Documents on other awards and work experience (optional).

        五、錄取結果公布及公示。

        V. Recruitment results and announcement

        面試結束后,由各單位向學校提出建議引進教師名單,學校人事工作教授委員會審議確定擬錄用人選。擬錄用人選經學校審批通過后將在深圳大學人才招聘網站公布,公示期7天。

        Each unit submits a list of qualified candidates to the University after the interview. The faculty personnel committee will deliberate and determine the candidates to be hired. After the approval from the University, the successful candidates will be announced on the University’s recruitment website for comments for7 days.

        六、聘用

        VI.Employment

        擬錄用人員經公示,沒有投訴或經查投訴不實或不影響聘用的,按規定在公示結束的一年內辦理聘用手續,逾期未辦理入職手續者,將視為放棄崗位,不予錄用。

        If no complaints about the successful candidates are received or the complaintsare unfounded or do not affect the employment after verification, the employment procedures will becompletedwithin one yearafter the announcement. Candidates who fail to report to the University on time will be deemed as a waiver of the employment and will not be accepted.
